Today I was shopping at Greggs and I have not experienced such rudeness and rudeness from an older worker in a long time. He was very rude.

I ordered my lunch today through Just Eat app! I was missing two things from my order! After lots of times ringing the shop I had no answer and no one picked up the phone. I then emailed Just Eat about my order and they will not give me a refund on the two items that are missing!
