Officially no dogs allowed - have been turned away multiple times with a small friendly dog, but sometimes allowed. What hardware store in 2024 doesn’t allow dogs? Bizarre business decision. Living in Chiswick, would be here frequently otherwise.

B&Q has cost me thousands of pounds.I bought an outdoor storage unit online that would have taken 2 days to be delivered. I was urgently in need of it as I had furniture outside under a tarp. It's now been 2 weeks. B&Q have not delivered even after multiple communications and now have said the products have been returned... read full comment
