The staff members from India are quite abrupt and lack basic Customer Service skills. You should train them and teach them how to reply and approach customers. Their 'service' is quite off putting to say the least.

Pointless store with nothing decently priced. Staff are lazy, unknowledgeable, and never around to serve anybody at the till; its like they actively share the one brain cell they share to avoid working.
