Requested a sick note nearly 5 days ago ring them about it take over 30 minutes to answer when they do there rude when I said I've heard nothing back yet only to get told its not half six yet my mum has cancer and u don't need that from a doctors receptionist

This place has become from bad to worse to worst! These people at the reception have absolutely no interest in helping you!
