The manager had the shop closed for almost an hour so she could have lunch “I’ve not sat down or had a cup of tea yet” is what she said whilst customers waited outside. Even though there were volunteers that could serve behind the till? Very strange and unprofessional.

I wanted to write this review to say how amazing the Manger of Sue Ryder Chingford is. We had an item that needed to be collected today for a Halloween party tonight and Comic-Con tomorrow. You're selling a used (possibly fake) Michael Kors bag for more than retail price for a new one (my new one gift wrapped cost less than the price they're selling a very used bag) their prices are wildly off.
