Terrible customer service. They casually decide not to offer a refund even when you take back an item in it's original state, two days after purchase. Thought the staff convivial and diligent. I did feel, spending well in excess of £100, that the refusal to supply a bag free of charge to facilitate porterage home somewhat baffling.
