This hotel is a shambles. My room is dirty and the fixtures are very poor. Room window locks are broken, air conditioning doesn’t work and only blowing cold air. Bathroom shower is filthy and nowhere to hang wet towels. The room is noisy from the A406 because it won’t close properly. Dining here is a lottery and food... read full comment

The room I was given was leaking so much that half of the bed got wet and when I complained to.the staff , all they said was there wasn't anything they could do about it. Kelvin and another guy who I didn't get their names were particularly hostile to me and infact asked me.to.leave if I couldn't "manage" the leak. This... read full comment

I stay here often due to its location and rewards programme. Staff always very pleasant (apart from night porter - a bit grumpy.) the car park is usually fairly full of vans - I can never get a disabled space; full of vehicles not displaying blue badges.
