Yeah it's true, people here have a real attitude problem. Curt and no manners whatsoever. Apparently they are refusing to accept royal mail parcels that have been redirected there. I have never ever recieved such inept and rude service in a PO ever. I redirected 2 parcels to this PO as thd sorting office behind is only open for 2 hours. Has got to be the worst post office. Rude with no customer service. Don’t know how to talk to customers. Would rather travel afar than tolerate their rudeness
