Awful service. They give you the wrong the information. The lady at the front made me wait for a prescription, which I don’t mind but she didn’t have the medication and did not tel me this. I went shopping came back only to be told they don’t have the item m. I wasted 30mins shopping when they could’ve told me before... read full comment

Only giving 1 star as have no option of no stars!! Worst chemist. Leave you waiting 15 minutes just to be seen then waiting again 15 minutes for your prescription. Then get it wrong!! Rude staff!!

Reported to pharmacy regulators. Staff ignore you and refused to provide Ella one with no explanation. I never felt so violated by someone, especially a manager, who is supposed to HELP people since they work in a pharmacy.
