I stopped buying at this Greggs after having a bad experience (I will leave that there). However, I have not seen that employee for some time, so I thought I would give it another go, to be open on the experience, I used Just Eat to deliver it.

I brought a pastry, thinking this couldn’t possibly be messed up. Oh god how I was wrong, I also had to explain on 3 separate occasions to 3 different members of staff I wanted a latte, pastry was ridiculous undercooked as pictured, I definitely would not buy any meats based foods from Greggs, sorry to say but management... read full comment
