Was interested in using them, but after seeing them use ONE wet cloth/rag to clean the lower part of the car AND THE ALLOYS..absolutely no chance. Even the most basic cleaner/detailer would never ever do that !! Have video proof in case they try to comment otherwise.

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH! They have caused this damage to my car and are refusing to do anything about it. Absolute disgrace. Avoid at all costs.

On advertising says underbody/undercarriage wash, but is wrong. They don't do that kind of washing.
