Used the post office today and encountered a very rude and extremely unprofessional older Indian gentleman.I was informed I was unable to pay using my phone and needed cash as they accept cash only… which I didn’t have. I thought this was odd, but accepted this and went home to get a card….When I returned the “gentleman”...

The elderly Asian guy who works behind the counter, is rude, unhelpful and spiteful. He closes when he likes and it’s shocking in this day an age that a company like the Post office employs people with this attitude.
