Lorraine, duty manager - horrible customer service. I asked for cable cutters and she insisted I must provide item code and stand aside while i bring the code up as there was a customer waiting (the transaction prior was a simple return and exchange that was prompt). The shop is better on the inside than it looks from the outside - it is modern with a moderate selection of items on display. Mostly you can pre order then login on one of the many touch screen tablets when you arrive. After this approach the counter and staff will be picking your items from the back while you wait.
