Very annoying that the mens department on upper floor had tills but you cannot pay for goods even though its staffed by persons not looking busy.

Went to refund a £4 item with the receipt - and ONLY receipt given. The man upstairs in refunds section said it was only credit card receipt. Cheap which is good though their quality follows. RETURNS process is the worst I’ve seen - manual and very time taking. Not worth buying anything unless you’re 100% certain you’re keeping the items.
