Excellent customer service, friendly and helpful. I had a flat tyres so I ordered 4 tyres online, the same day as the appointment. The 4 tyres weren't needed only 1 tyre had a punch which was fixed, refund was processed automatically.

I have been bringing my car for its annual service and MOT for a few years now, the staff are always friendly and helpful, and as a female driver it's reassuring to know that I'm not being ripped of and most importantly that I'm dealing with a reputable company.

Good service. The only thing, I didn't like the fact that my car was taken for a ride without my knowledge or authorization! Also, no cover was used by the the person who did the mot over the car seat.\\nThis needs to be raised beforehand and take on board for future Mot's.
