Mr Rajesh had no knowledge on what desert options / flavours the shop is selling just kept on saying chocolate for everything, I asked him what Ben and Jerry ice creams he had and again he said chocolate!! As he lacked this knowledge he had to take many trips to complete my order at night!! To this he got very frustrated... read full comment
