I have come into this Iceland no more than 5 times and every time I have come here the security guard has been extremely racist towards my friend. Literally got scammed by this store. Ordered groceries from Uber eats and received random expired items with no receipt. I called the store and all the manager did was shout insults on the phone about how it is not their problem.

I would have preferred more staff on tills for the older generation prefer to pay people not machines because new technology is supposed aid not takeaway jobs
