Customer service and the rooms can be improved. Couldn’t do early check-in which is ok, but there is no common area to rest. They have a small cafe downstairs that was closing after breakfast when I arrived. They wanted to make me pay full price buffet even to get a small snack, no other options. I read the reviews on here before checking in and didn’t hold up much hope but I was very pleasantly surprised. Literally across the road from Euston train and bus stations, therefore perfect as a central London link. Reception staff were very courteous and helpful. My room was on the second floor.
