Three has terrible customer support. My phone was stolen, I contacted live chat and they couldn't give me a replacement eSIM, only physical. Told me to go to the store. I came to the store and they told me they can't accept my EU ID and driver's license, I need a passport. I got an eSIM three months ago with my EU ID.

Rude staff members and very unhelpful. All three want to do is take people's money they are happy to accept and sign you up without IDs; however, when it comes to cancellations, they ask a million questions and make all the excuses possible to make people's lives difficult.
