I love Starbucks. But why deny a customer a bigger cup? I ordered a double espresso. The small cup is inconvenient as it has no hole on the lid and you have to open it every time to drink. Especially, inside a train there is a risk to pour the coffee on you like this. A bigger cup was denied to me in a not polite way. Very... read full comment
