Really bad service not sure why! I’m a regular customer that visits pret as I have a subscription so when I’m in Camden I pop in but service is always bad!

Great day until our 9 month old needed urgent nappy change and the disabled toilet is blocked with a trolley and rubbish with the staff not letting us use it. We had to change our baby on the street outside. Do you think this is acceptable?

Really poor service, staff are really rude waited for my coffee for long and when I asked for my coffee it seemed like I was been a bother
