Burnt food? and replaced changed items , not what I have ordered .It's second time when it's happening

The Japanese employee asked me to go into the app and use the subscription before I even placed my order. I use Apple Wallet. How do I decide whether to use the subscription or just pay? He asked me to go to the Pratt subscription app and show it to only me. Several times... But I didn't ask the other guests the same question.... read full comment
