Bank shut permanently, the name board already get removed

Worst service ever, Monday 30th of December 2024, have asked for help to get to my online banking waited 30 minutes in the queue for when arrive to the attendant say to me come back later or go to another branch, never happened this situation in any bank before, worst service ever!!!
