Poor! No counter service and pay in machine not working. What is the point of having the bank there.

I went in during lunch today to open a account met this unhelpful bold Asian guy, honestly he was rude and just didn’t want to help. Before I could even speak he’s telling me what he can’t do, no patiences and manners at all. I could see that they were short of staff but he wanted to send me somewhere else before... read full comment

Went in this morning to get a transfer sorted and the staff at the branch were lovely to deal with. Special shoutout to Martin who took me through the whole process in a diligent and efficient manner. I don't come into branches often, so it was great to have such a pleasant experience.

This is to support customers and families with conditions such as autism, dementia and ADHD.We support the domestic abuse charity Hestia's 'UK Says No More' campaign, so you can walk into any of our branches and access a Safe Space. It will provide a safe and discrete space to reach out to friends and family, contact specialist support services, phone a helpline and start your journey to recovery.
