Horrible! Never ever use HSBC machines to withdraw money! I went to the Hsbc camden to withdraw last evening at 9pm, the money was debited from my account , but I've never seen the money! The machine made that counting noise but never delivered the money. I called and went to the agency, and they didn't help with anything!... read full comment

Pay in machines do not work properly so you have to wait for a customer service advisor to help.Also this branch does not allow you to use first direct services such as pay in money; Oxford st is the nearest branch
