Disgraceful customer service by Staff: Joanne, Ali and manager Mo. Very rude customer service. I complained to the head office already. I came to the store in Camden 2 weeks before my phone contracts expired to move to sim only contract for 2blines. How has never been moved to sim only and I have been charged as if I was still paying for one phone . We are talking about an error for £46+the roaming charges that were added.
