I live nearby and go often, it is without doubt the worst Boots store in the UK. Camden Town is extremely busy as one would expect, but the store is always badly understaffed, with no self-service checkout, so most of the time customers are forced to queue at the back of the store which is extremely warm with no air con.... read full comment

Refusing to help a child having an asthma attack! Terrible. Will never use a boots again. It’s not just this one, all boots are the same. Worst customer service
