Seems like the lady at the reception was not happy of customer visit, we bought a bag coz it seemed nice. Upon asking question, her response was why am I asking it. It's like she didn't wanted us to be at the shop. Don't treat your customers like this. Imagine you are visiting a shop and how would you want to be treated... read full comment

AWFUL experience!!!If you would like to be ridiculed, talked down to and then kicked out, then this is your place. Never had such an awful experience before.Accesorize was my favourite shop for many years. I frequently poped in to my closest Accessorize at the Baker Street Tube station to see if there was something new.... read full comment
