Staff used to be great here, now young ones behind the tills rubbish, they shouldn't be employed in front line customer service posts. They were ignoring customers & more interested in chatting with eachother! Shame on you Superdrug, how do such unsuitable people get employed by you to carry out such roles?! Girl in the pharmacy very kind and efficient; rude girl in one till (under "fragrance" advertising) probably needs to look for another job if she is not happy.
