the service is terrible- staff are nice but you have to wait 30 minutes for them to take your name, no seating out in the cold. More effort needs to be put into managing the Outpatient Pharmacy. There are no staff and the service is rock bottom.

Avoid this place if possible! I’ve been standing here with my husband for over 2.5 hours now waiting for his prescription and it’s just for one item!! I am still waiting and have been told by the security to queue again! I’ve never come across a system as ridiculous as this!! SORT IT OUT!!
