The pharmacist here has exerted too much control over his staff and, as a result, they are unable to help their customers meaningfully.

Very poor patient care. I was prescribed and antibiotic and the pharmacist did not explain to me how to take it. He barely spoke to me and he only attached a label to the box and left it on the counter.
