Quite the rudest retail outlet in the whole of the UK. It actually beggars belief how anyone in retail could be so rude. Everything is too much effort for them and customers are clearly an irritation even when payng. Shockingly bad. Refused to refund some unopened plasters or even swap them with ones of the same price. They lie to and cheat people by claiming "it's medicine". Not even sure what they are doing is legal, there is not a "no returns policy". They should be shut down. Do not support these theiving horrible people, who hurt... read full comment
