I went to this shop with my girlfriend during a holiday in London. The restaurant is located in the Knightsbridge district, next to the famous Harrods department store, easily reachable by public transport. Customer service online is Rolling down hill at a very fast speed, my Xtmas shoes was ordered 10 days in advance & was cancelled 4 days before Xtmas, after delivery date was rescheduled & cancelletion state that I cancelled it which is false
