Waitrose implementing DEI in Chelsea means standards plummeted. Often prices are missing. Staff who don't see it as their job to serve you, provide missing prices (go to the till yourself) or keep the shelves ready for your purchase. Yet hang around gossiping. I usually do shopping from this store and I am happy from the quality and the staffs, but I do not know why there are not guards close to the main entrance door to watch very strictly and not to let the customers arrive into the store with their animals. Unfortunately some inconsiderate customers bring their dogs sniffing... read full comment
