I’m sorry, but, terrible experience. Clearly understaffed and bad queueing design. Everyone is confused and anxious, the line was unclear, the staff forgets who came first, it took me 1 hour wait for 5 minutes service just to open a new account (because online scan didn’t work). Very bad experience. Slow service! Waited 1hr and half to deposit cash. Express section is always broken. Don’t go in this branch at all unless you want to just waste your time.

This is a bright, clean and friendly branch. I walked in to show them my ID to open a bank account and the branch manager helped me within 20 minutes. All the staff were patient, helpful and knowledgeable.
