Royal Mail delivered a poster and tried putting it through my letter box and the poster has got damaged as well as the tube it's self was completely ripped. The mail man didn't even ring my door bell to see if I was in. Who puts a large poster tube through a letter box of course it would get damaged. Also everytime I go... read full comment

We ordered letter box flowers to be delivered to parents in law for their anniversary. Made sure they were ordered well in advance and paid extra for shipping. However, the flowers have been sitting at Royal mail Bromley delivery office for over 2 days and not yet delivered. Now when/ if the flowers arrive, parents in law... read full comment
