I came to the Bromley Post Office to do a digital passport and I was attended to by Shirelle who went above and beyond her customer service duties. I really appreciate all the help she gave to me. She was very professional and friendly. Thank you very much Shirelle.

You can tell most of the staff here are doing the best they can with what they’ve got. However the extremely long queues, lack of available staff and small number of staff who have CS skills that leave a lot to be desired make visiting here a pretty depressing experience.
