Today I attended the branch with my child to deposit into their account for the first time - My child was so excited to pay money into the bank!We were served by Chris who was absolutely lovely and made my child’s first visit so special. Thank you very much, you made my child’s day!

inadequate customer support, no support for business accounts. The branch is empty and unfriendly. I have also tried online assistance but the result is exactly the same.
