The worst service I have ever received in any bank. Every time I go there, it is like I have to move heaven and earth to withdraw MY money. I have been with Natwest for 20+ years, but the constant awful service at this branch has made me decide to leave.

Went into the Bromley branch to hand in a letter to stop 2 direct debits. The lady helping was originally reluctant to accept the letter, but when I explained it was to stop a direct debit and this is how I have previously done it, she showed me how to do it on the app! Went to NatWest bank in Bromley on Saturday, waited about 5 mins and was invited to join a young lady in her office. The lady understood my request and started sorting things out .
