I went in to buy some sunglasses. After speaking to five assistants and sent from one area back and forth i was told they were upstairs in the mens department. I went upstairs to find the ceiling was down so i was unable to access the area to look at the glasses. What a ad customer service and a waste of time.

Tried to find the cafe on a Saturday afternoon. The location in the store must be a closely guarded secret (maybe to deter customers??). This is specifically aimed at the men’s department. I needed couple of shirts for a wedding so my go to place was Marks & Spencer’s and on that whole massive department. There was one person on the floor to help customers. who I believe was talking to a customer. I waited to get some advice from them regarding my shirt... read full comment
