Shocking customer service, I have tried to telephone twice today regarding my prescription, I spoke with Loretta who perhaps could do with some customer satisfaction training, the line was so bad as she was dispensing medication as she spoke , I pointed out the noise was magnified on the speaker, she stated she was to busy... read full comment
