Such a shame but this and its sister branch in Bromley South are always filthy. I love the coffee at Nero, but I seldom sit in as there's never enough staff to clean tables. Both shops look like they've seen better days. Take away only is my advice.

Great at taking your order but no so good at putting the order together. I must say, on this occasion the problem was rectified very quickly.
