I visited with my 10 week old baby, who decided to have a meltdown as soon as I was in the queue. All the staff were extremely helpful, and went out of their way to make my trip easier. I very much appreciated the support - and the sandwich and coffee were great too! #mumslovenero

As a loyal customer for over 7 years , I have never had a bad experience at Nero until today ! I visited Bluewater Nero upstairs , I was sitting down waiting for my mum to come to order as she went to find a toilet as there is none inside Nero !
