They often close before stipulated closing time, even if there are heavy donations to give. Rude staff. Poor services.

northface puffa jacket in the window for £100 what a ripoff stupid prices. If it was their latest parka it might be worth it but a puffa no.

Shop says they're open from 9am on a Monday, arrived at 12.30, shop closed!!! As I had the bags with me and in the car, I donated everything to St Christopher's and Cancer Research. Not making the effort to take my possessions to an unreliable shop.
