Absolutely terrible , I have paid for express delivery for 2 parcels , they couldn’t deliver 2 days in a row because supposedly they couldn’t access the place. My aunt was by the window all the time as a precaution so we wouldn’t miss it - no one came. I will make a formal complain as this kind of situation should... read full comment
