Very rude and unprofessional. Had a mattress to return and I called the store a day before to confirm whether they accept larger items which they confirmed. Carried the mattress all the way to the store to be told they won't want to take it as they don't have enough space. Wouldn't want to provide any alternative and were... read full comment
