Smells of sewage in the entrance/first aisle for years. Also not obvious their parcel collection service is at a random staff door the back of the store (no signs) and if you ask someone on the floor/till they tell you to just wait there u til someone comes out and notices you… would have thought they’d have a better... read full comment

The smell of sewage as you enter the store is off putting and should be fixed, not only to keep customers but for the welfare of your staff, not sure how they put up with it.Now and again it slips my mind and I enter, before quickly turning back and heading to M&S

Been shopping in this shop for 5 years , And Evian water which cost £1.45 and sold separately, are filled with tap water these should be checked from the managers as is a disgrace been feeling ill all night because of this .
