twice in 2 weeks i’ve been waiting in for a parcel & then all of a sudden i get “address inaccessible” on the app. no ringing of bell, no knock on door - infuriating!

What on earth are these opening times. I would recommend intentionally delivering your mail to a shop collection than avoid the risk of not being in and it ending up here
