Joined o2 for the first time today (after 20 years plus of hell from Three network) and staff in store from Shah to Percy (apologies if spelling is incorrect but they were both efficient, attentive and extremely helpful! Thank you for the most amazing customer service. I hope this remains in the years to come.

I went there last Tuesday and had a new phone to set my sim into and Aztack (spelling uncertain sorry) supported me to transfer my apps and got me into a better deal of contract,which I'm very grateful for ,I've been with them since the last 6 years really and each time of chaos they were really useful patient and supportive...

I had an excellent experience at this o2 store today, both me and my daughter did upgrading of our phones and the members of staff are really friendly and helpful.The person that was attending to us was Emmanuel and he was really professional and friendly. I definetly reccomend this o2 store.
