Went to purchase some jeans for my sons as they ripped theirs playing whilst we were out ( around 11:30-12pm found a nice pair for £8 problem was they only had a 1 in the right size for one of my boys and no other sizes, they were either waaaay too small or waaaay too big. Went to store today for some gift voucher. Whilst the new self service tills were empty the queue for counter service was horrendous with two staff members only. The lady shouted out something like please use the self service if you are paying by card. No one moved, I said can I buy the vouchers with self service as I would... read full comment
