I’ve been going to this Greg’s for years now, The food is never fresh or hot whenever I want to purchase. Everyone knows Greggs isn’t nice when it’s cold and when I brought it to their attention they just shrugged their shoulders and said there’s nothing they can do about it. Everyone busy with delivery orders. No one serving the customer who is waiting. Rubbish customer service. The guy who is serving me his name is Mario j. Wearing manager badges. He also very rude to me.
